Thanks for participating in the Optus 3 Month Spotify Premium loyalty offer (the Offer
1. The Offer is only open to residents in Australia who:
a. are a participant in the Optus loyalty rewards program 'Optus Perks'; or
b. are an Optus customer who has received a coupon code URL from Optus via SMS, in app, website or email, and
c. have signed up between 15 February 2017 - 31 May 2017 to receive the Offer; and
d. at the time the Offer is redeemed: (i) are not current Spotify Premium subscribers; (ii) have not been Spotify Premium subscribers in the past; and/or (iii) have not participated in a Spotify Premium trial in the past.
2. The codes will be valid from 15 February 2017 - 31 May 2017, and codes must be redeemed by eligible Optus customers by 30 June 2017.
3. To redeem the Offer you must:
a. set up a Spotify Premium account;
b. activate the trial of Spotify Premium and subscribe to Spotify through the Spotify Music app on your mobile device or via the coupon code URL provided by Optus via SMS, in app, website or email; and
c. provide your credit card details to Spotify; and
d. agree that unless you cancel your Spotify Premium subscription before the end of the trial, you will automatically continue to be charged for Spotify Premium immediately after the end of that trial.
4. If you cancel the subscription prior to the end of the trial period you will not be charged, and you will lose access to music subscription content that you accessed during the trial period (e.g. your audio history or any playlists you have created) once the trial period ends.If you do not cancel the subscription during the trial period, you will be automatically charged the monthly subscription fee, currently $11.99AUD starting the day after the trial period ends, and then each month, until you cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription, log in to your account on the Spotify website, click 'Account' under your username on the navigation drop down bar, click 'Subscription' on the left side panel, and follow the instructions there.
5. If you redeem this Offer, during the trial period you will receive subscription access to Spotify Premium. Spotify Premium entitles subscribers to listen to unlimited streams from the song titles available within Spotify on a monthly basis.
6. A Spotify Premium subscription is subject to the Spotify Terms of Service - https://www.spotify.com/au/legal/end-user-agreement/
7. If you cancel your Optus plan and move to another service provider during the trial, you will retain access to Spotify Premium subscription content for the remainder of the trial period. If you change your mobile device or phone number during the trial, you can continue to access your Spotify Premium account by logging into the Spotify application with your Spotify Account information on your new device.
8. The Offer is not valid with any other offer.
9. Limit of ONE Optus 3 Month Spotify Premium loyalty offer per Optus customer
10. Data charges may apply to access Spotify Premium and to download and use content.
11. The Offer may be cancelled or temporarily suspended by the promoter if there is an event outside of its reasonable control which prevents it from providing the Offer.
