Thanks for participating in the Optus 3 Month Google Play Music loyalty offer (the "Offer").

1. The Offer is only open to residents in Australia who:
a. are a participant in the Optus loyalty rewards program “Optus Perks”; or
b. are on an Android device on the Optus network; and
c. have signed up between 28 November 2016 and 31 January 2017 to receive the Offer; and
d. at the time the Offer is redeemed: (i) are not current Google Play Music subscribers; (ii) have not been Google Play Music subscribers in the past 12 months; and/or (iii) have not participated in a Google Play Music trial in the past 12 months.

3. To redeem the Offer you must:
a. set up a Google
b. activate the trial of Google Play Music and subscribe to Google Play Music through the Google Play Music app on your Android device or via the coupon code URL provided by Optus via SMS or email; and account;
c. provide a valid form of payment. A valid form of payment is required when you set up the Google Play Music Account but will not be charged until the end of the trial.
